Traditionally the flipbook was delivered using Flash. The issue with Flash is that it is not supported on all devices (and Adobe have recently dumped their Flash for mobile technology), as well as Flash objects being not search engine friendly.

More modern technology enable animated effects to be delivered without the use of Flash. This means that non-flash supporting devices (e.g. iPhones and iPads) can see these flipbooks with our technology, and search engines can also index the content contained within a flipbook using this platform.

The user experience is customisable - a user can click on the previous / next arrows, or simply hover over the page to "lift" it like one would when reading a book.

Flipbooks enable content to be paginated and offer many features like covers, keyboard navigation, and animation transition control.
