We provision mailboxes on a per seat basis. You can purchase in any combination of the below (e.g. 10 x Exchange + 10 x IMAP + 25 x POP3). Do you use or prefer Office 365?

We also provision and support Office365. You need to be aware that this service does NOT include an off-node disaster recovery backup suite like our Exchange suite does, so it should be considered essential that this type of backup is put into place with the service.
