With your Felix Web System newsletter tool*, you get:

Custom banner design:

• A newsletter template design will be created from the current website banner which is already based on your logo and corporate brand

To manage your campaigns and newsletters:

• create as many campaigns as you require
• create as many newsletters as you like
• edit and reuse existing newsletters over and over

To add and edit content to your newsletter yourself:

In edit mode, the newsletter page will be presented to you to edit through a simple MS Word like editor toolbar that gives the user the ability to manage:

• create section menus and section links
• add, edit, and delete text, image, and documents from your content
• standard formatting functions including:
  • cut, copy and paste
  • undo and redo
  • find and replace
  • select all
  • font and text formatting (bold, underline, headings formats, font size, font type, paragraphs, bullet points, and number lists)
  • special characters
  • llne breaks
• you receive a special free image compression tool to resize your own photos to go into the newsletter
• ability to upload images, adjust layout and positioning, size and keywording
• manage your own hyperlinks to other web pages, uploaded documents, and pop up forms and images
• switch between WYSIWYG view and HTML view

To manage your newsletter recipients:

• manage unlimited recipient groups
• manage recipients in each group
• manage unsubscribed recipients
• set up a test send group

High speed and high volume send rates:

• After the content is placed and the recipients group is ready, you are ready to send
• the newsletter uses queuing from your websites SMTP server which means that sending volume is not restricted by ISPs as it would be if you were to send to a large number of email addresses through an email client like Microsoft Outlook.
• the send process of the newsletter is very quick. At a 25k file size, the throughput has been measured to be approximately 1000 newsletters in 60 seconds.

Newsletter Packages:

Design Banner and Felix Newsletter Configuration Setup Fees: $440.00 incl GST (AUD)

No Package approach with no monthly fee at the rate of $0.15 inc GST (AUD) per email sent in the same calendar month payable in the following billing cycle OR

There are 3 packaged options for monthly rental and usage fees: 

1. Package 1 includes 250 emails in the calendar month in the base price of $22.00 inc GST (AUD) on top of hosting fee. An excess charge applies at $0.08 inc GST (AUD) per email over 250 emails which is payable in the following billing cycle OR


2. Package 2 includes 500 emails in the calendar month in the base price of $33.00 inc GST (AUD) on top of hosting fee. An excess charge applies at $0.06 inc GST (AUD) per email over 500 emails which is payable in the following billing cycle OR


3. Package 3 includes 1500 emails in the calendar month in the base price of $66.00 inc GST (AUD) on top of hosting fee. An excess charge applies at $0.04 inc GST (AUD) per email over 1500 emails which is payable in the following billing cycle OR

• Packages requiring more than 1500 emails in the calendar month can be priced on request

• Changing packages incurs no fee to upgrade, but an $11.00 charge inc GST to downgrade and a change of package will be implemented from the next calendar month

• Domain requires felix website system to be installed before being able to subscribe to the Felix newsletter system
