Reliable, responsive and relatable are the three words that come to mind when describing our experience with Mark from Digicat. He is always available to us when we need something time sensitive done, he prioritises our business as though we are his only client (which I know we are not, but how great that we always feel like we are), and he uses terms and descriptions of complex IT things that we can relate to as ‘regular’ speaking people. There is never an overload of IT jargon. I have worked with a range of IT consultants over the year but once I found Mark we have not turned back.
