Dear [simplenews-subscriber:user:field_first_name]

Your business data is the life blood of your business. As a business owner you want peace of mind. Imagine the heartache if you were to lose critical documents, images or financial data - it could ruin your business.

In the intital engagement of our client-base, we discovered the following unsettling statistics:

  • only 7% had a clear backup procedure in place
  • 28% of our clients had no backup nor had even considered one
  • 65% had something in place such an external hard drive or a tape backup but this rarely got taken off site. All of these expressed little confidence in a recovery, did not know if the backup even protected the whole file set, almost none had even simulated a recovery, and most had no knowledge of the steps to do run a recovery

That means that 93% of our new clients were taking a gamble on their business data on a daily basis. A simple hard drive failure, an operating system failure, electrical power surge, accidental overwrite or deletion, file loss or corruption, or even a computer hack could destroy it all in seconds. Imagine the extra pain of employee sabotage (we have dealt with this), or the damage of natural disaster of flood or fire which would destory more than your data.

The first step in protecting your business is recognising this. Isn't this why you pay money to insure your house, car or family's health?

The second step is taking action something before it happens. This means acting NOW.

Whether it be to automatically protect your MYOB datafile, your NAS drive, a few laptops out in the field, or your entire network, we can sit down with you to discover, design and implement a comprehensive and automated disaster protection solution.

When disaster strikes, will you still be one of the 7% or one of the 93% ?

Talk to us immediately to review and solve this imminent issue.

Kind regards

Mark, Daren, Mike and Yolande.
